When you get up in the morning, your body is weak. You probably stayed up all night doing your homework and studying, so you have to nudge yourself down the stairs and into the kitchen. You grab your favorite cereal and sit down as your body calms itself. If you’re like me, you probably need to consume food to get yourself moving. You might like to watch television like myself. Just remember, if you’re not feeling well in the morning, you should boost your energy by eating, and work to the best of your ability.
